ABOUT US

Jefferson County Child Care Association (JCCCA) is a nonprofit association that supports family child care home providers by enhancing and promoting professionalism through education, networking, and other valuable resources and activities.

JCCCA provides services for parents and family child care home providers.

For Parents:

  • We provide referrals to parents or guardians seeking care by state licensed family child care home providers in Jefferson County.

  • We currently have over a hundred licensed family child care home providers in Jefferson County that participate in our program.

  • We publish "Parent Pages" monthly newsletter for families.  This newsletter has tips for families, activity suggestions, and family friendly recipes.

For Family Child Care Home Providers:

  • We provide family child care home providers with resources as it pertains to child care.

  • We provide classes / seminars towards state required course hours.

  • We offer a support system for each other.

  • We help enhance and promote professionalism among family child care home providers.

  • We act as a liaison between providers.

  • We further educate providers in all areas of child care.

  • Together have a stronger voice regarding family child care home rules and regulations.

JCCCA Makes a Difference!

Jefferson County Child Care Association and its members care deeply about our children, their families and the other licensed family child care home providers our community.

Membership is open to all licensed family child care home providers and child care advocates throughout the community. JCCCA members strive to offer high quality programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children and children with special needs.

Mission Statement

Jefferson County Child Care Association is a professional non-profit organization that supports, enhances and promotes licensed family home child care providers in Jefferson County, Colorado. We advocate for quality care and early education by assisting providers in their efforts and providing valuable training and resources.
